Relationship of the Parties
You and Survey Jury are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Survey Jury. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Survey Jury. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Survey Jury program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but is not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.
Verifying Offers
After purchasing advertisements on Survey Jury, you must verify and approve or deny offers accordingly. Any ad not approved or denied within 7 days will be automatically approved or denied based on the information provided by the member for that specific signup. No refunds will be given for advertisements that were never verified by the purchaser. Any ad that is denied but is disputed by the member who signed up for that specific offer, may be reversed based on the evidence provided.
Limitation of Liability
Survey Jury will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Survey Jury program, even if Survey Jury has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Survey Jury’s aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Spam
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Survey Jury and may result in legal prosecution. Survey Jury strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Survey Jury may charge up to $50.00 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Survey Jury will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.
Account Deletion Due To Fraud And Cheating
Survey Jury reserves the right to delete or suspend any member’s account suspected of fraud and/or cheating. The member’s current account balance may be forfeited due to any offers being reversed with advertisers.
No Guarantee On Offer Crediting
Members at Survey Jury complete offers at their own risk. Offers are not guaranteed to credit. Members should only complete offers of genuine interest, and therefore, awards for offers are a bonus; they are not a requirement. Survey Jury is not to be held responsible for any offers that do not credit. No manual credit requests for offers will be accepted.
Privacy Policy
At Survey Jury, we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use Survey Jury’s services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.
The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. “Personally identifying information” is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.
We will not sell, disclose or lease our members personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency. Information concerning members’ usernames and cashout amounts and dates processed are provided on a Latest Paid list on the site. Personal information such as the members’ name, address, phone number is never sold nor disclosed.
Data collection
Survey Jury collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.
Some of our services require you to register for an account. Survey Jury asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, and password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service. For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other payment information, which we maintain in encrypted form on our server.
Cookies
Upon your first visit to Survey Jury, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A “cookie” is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.
We use cookies to improve the quality of our service and to better understand how people interact with us. Survey Jury does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how people access our site.
Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some Survey Jury features or services may not function properly without cookies.
Cheating / Fraud
Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member’s account being deleted without notice and without pay. Fraud includes, but is not limited to: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using fake information to complete offers; using information that is not their own to complete offers; using pre-paid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; complete offers more than once; canceling offers and/or trials immediately.
While we do not share your personal information as a member of Survey Jury. If you are caught frauding or cheating Survey Jury and your account is terminated by Survey Jury for those reasons then your information such as your username, IP, and offers completed are NOT considered personal information, and will be shared with other site owners and/or advertisers at their request. In addition, publicly slandering Survey Jury if found to be fraudulent can result in legal action for slander and/or the fraudulent proof to be posted publicly for all to view.
Upgrades
Upgrades purchased on Survey Jury are used for receiving discounts on advertisements (banner impressions, paid to signup ads, paid to click ads) purchases and for receiving free referrals. Free referrals are those members who signup to the site unreferred. You are not guaranteed a certain number of referrals by purchasing an upgrade. Members will be assigned to you randomly based on how often unreferred members join and what type of upgrade you purchased. Any upgrade purchased will expire after 6 months from the purchase date. If the upgrade is not renewed within 1 week after the expiration date, the upgrade will then be expired and the member will be set back to regular account status.
Trial Offers
Trial offers will be placed into Under Review status for a period of up to 14 days (possibly longer if needed) for fraud prevention.
Payments
Survey Jury has been consistently and happily paying members since 2006. Members will be paid via PayPal, check, Moneybookers, Amazon, Liberty Reserve, AlertPay, or money order. Survey Jury will pay members that requested payment within 7 days of the request.
PayPal payments are only processed to verified accounts. Survey Jury does payout to members who are outside of the USA. In addition, members with incomplete or inaccurate account information will not be paid. If necessary, payments may require additional time in order to be processed. Offers that the member completed in the past month may not always be confirmed the month after, as some offers take longer to receive commissions on. All Survey Jury members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until Survey Jury has received payment from its advertisers. Before payment is made, every account on Survey Jury is audited to ensure that no fraud has taken place. Survey Jury will never be deemed as owing payment to any member. Payment will only be made after verification that the offers they completed have been validated and paid upon. Survey Jury reserves the right to request ID verification for any and all accounts. This request may be made without stated cause. If this request is denied, Survey Jury reserves the right to withhold funds.
